Saint Antoine Community
Saint Antoine Residence and the Diocese of Providence are in search of a new Executive Director to lead the Saint Antoine Community in North Smithfield, RI . The Saint Antoine Community is a health care ministry of the Diocese of Providence. Our mission to serve is deeply rooted in Catholic tradition. The Executive Director must appreciate and uphold the teachings and principles of the Roman Catholic Church both in word and deed. This person has responsibility for the policies, procedures, and overall operation of the facility; represents Saint Antoine’s in dealing with external agencies, the greater community, residents and families; and ensures the highest degree of quality compassionate care is provided to residents.
The Saint Antoine Community consists of the St. Antoine Residence, a 260-bed skilled nursing, rehabilitative care and memory care setting, and the Villa at St. Antoine, a modern 76-unit assisted living residence. The Executive Director must have exceptional leadership and communication skills, developed through a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience as an administrator of an elder care facility. Must be thoroughly familiar with laws and regulations governing nursing practices, reimbursement procedures, patient care, and the administration of long-term care and assisted living settings. Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church preferred. Requires a bachelor’s degree and current Rhode Island Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
