Wisdom for Living is a life enrichment discussion group program that challenges the mind and nurtures the spirit. Educational, therapeutic, and affirming – it is an ideal program to promote social and mental wellness for older adults living in the community or in settings such as assisted living, long-term care and adult day.
Wisdom for Living provides a venue for participants to:
- Share their thoughts and opinions on topics pertinent to living life now
- Recognize and tap into their own wisdom and strength
- Find meaning and purpose in this chapter of their lives
- Make new connections with fellow participants
- Explore personal development and decision-making skills
- Learn strategies to navigate life's challenges
