“Compensation, Retention, and Incentive Compensation Practices – Thriving in a Time of Attrition.”
As our workforce ages, it is important that organizations begin developing plans to attract, develop, and retain top talent. An aging workforce, coupled with aging communities, presents a challenge for organizations. It is important that organizations develop plans to ensure that they can thrive in the future. This session will provide practical steps to develop and analyze compensation and benefits, develop incentive plans that align with an organization’s mission, and discuss the use of deferred compensation benefits for retention.
“How Providers can use data, analytics and other information to make better operating and management decisions”
The goal for this session will be to demonstrate the practical use of “big data” to drive better informed management and operational decision making. By the end of this session, participants should be able to describe the difference between static and dynamic data, understand the limitations of big data analytics, and provide examples of practical healthcare-specific data analytics.
